Please note that these are applicable to this offer only and are in addition to
our standard
conditions of sale:

All items are sold as seen and as such
no warranty is given or implied on any second user equipment, components therein
or separately purchased as part
of this offer.

All prices given and offers
accepted are inclusive of VAT. You will receive a receipt on the day of
purchase but a VAT invoice will not be provided unless
specifically requested at the time. If requested it will be posted or emailed to
you before the end of the month the sale is made in.

Goods included in this sale can be
purchased but not reserved in advance. Please email with your enquiry
and we will give you a reply with the price to pay using the PayPal/Credit
card button at the bottom of this page. Once paid for, the list will be
updated as soon as possible to show the items are sold. It is a
condition of payment that goods must be removed within 5 working days or they
will be reallocated back into stock for resale - refunds will NOT be given.

Payment must be made on the day prior
to any equipment removal. You can pay in cash or with a personal cheque
up to the limit on a valid associated bank card or £100 whichever is the
higher. Company cheques will require to be cleared through our account
prior to equipment removal unless from an existing customer of good standing.
If you have a PayPal account, you can pay us using your account funds or any
credit card. Facilities will be available to provide internet access for
this purpose on the day, so be sure you know your log on details for PayPal
account fund transfers. You can also pay by most major credit cards,
switch or maestro to via PayPal, even if you don't have a PayPal account.

Please note that due to bank charges
and processing costs there is a minimum transaction value of £20 for cheque
and £30 +4% for PayPal and card payments.

If any work is requested to be carried
out on equipment in addition to base purchase, it must also be pre-paid at the
time of purchase. This is because we do not hold stock of
software such as Windows XP etc., so we need to order as required. We
will endeavour, but cannot guarantee, to have all systems requested to have
work done on them ready for collection by the end of the following week.

All PC's on offer will have their hard
drives wiped prior to supply. This is part of our agreement conditions
with the previous owner and serves two purposes (a) there is no infringement
of software licences (b) any pre-existing data is securely erased. There
is a benefit to you as the new user in doing this too. Since you will
need to do a clean install of an operating system to use the PC you are
assured that it is virus and spyware free plus you are safe in the knowledge
that you are using the installed software legally (if we have supplied it to
you). There may be some PC's which have Windows COA stickers on them.
If you have access to the same version and type of Windows media that the COA
references, you may legally reinstall it on that particular PC only.
However with Windows 98 for example, it is likely you will need to obtain some
specific drivers for some of the hardware to realise a fully operational
computer again. Unless you are willing to put up with the instability
and security issues as well as the time you want to spend doing this, you
would be best advised to install Windows XP instead. If you are more
technically competent (or inquisitive) an good Windows alternative is be SuSE
Linux which is free to download or we can supply it on CD for a small nominal
cost.

and fully installed
for only £95 (normally £135), which
includes all updating to the current critical security release level.
This is around 70Mb of downloaded updates, potentially saving you hours of additional setup time. We
will even include loading virus scanners and applications
for free plus updating them too if purchased at
the same time! Alternatively, we can supply and do the minimum stage 1
install of Windows XP only for £75 - you finish the installation, add
applications and updating at your leisure.

option. Do not make a purchase without contacting us FIRST. We are the ones giving away free stuff, but if you want to give us
free money we won't complain.
All prepaid goods must be removed
within FIVE days of the sale taking place or they will be returned to the list
as available for purchase again unless otherwise agreed - no refund will be
given.
